ALL ORDERS must be paid by credit card.
We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
If you are an authorized Buyer your order can be shipped on open account.



Merchandise Availability: [Top]

Due to the nature of this program, there are no returns accepted unless there is a defect in workmanship.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will back order that item for you and ship
the other in-stock items. Your packing slip will indicate back-ordered items.
As soon as the back-ordered merchandise arrives in our warehouse, we will ship it directly to you.



Sales & Use Tax Information: [Top]

We are required by law to collect and remit applicable sales tax for shipments
made to Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Tennessee.



Delivery Information: [Top]

To save on Shipping costs, orders will be consolidated by office and merchandise is shipped via UPS to the attention of the Branch Manager.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

*NOTE: Please indicate clearly if your order is needed for a certain date, so we may ship accordingly.



Returns & Exchanges Information: [Top]

Due to the nature of this program, returned orders will not be accepted.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise
you receive because of a quality issue, simply call (443) 394-6677 to expedite your exchange or return.



Freight Information: [Top]

As an added benefit, JHFCU will pay for all shipping.
There will be no charge for freight delivery.
